• Initial Interview on technical knowledge and English Evaluation.
• Initial screening of Education, certification, training and other credentials.
• Work on requirement and develop implementation plan
• Providing quality training to our consultants as per client requirements.
• Present and discuss candidates with hiring managers
• Arranging telephonic/Skype interviews as per requirements.
• Work closely with hiring manager during the interview process
• Giving backend support to consultant to clear their interviews.
• Providing Onsite support even after the placement of consultant
